FEARING GOD’S WILL
I walk in trust and yet I fear
For God permits the rain,
He doesn’t stop the raging storms…
Our God allows the pain.
I look upon tomorrow
And wonder what will be,
But then I turn my eyes away…
For I don’t want to see.
I walk in trust and yet I fear
For God allows the tears,
He sends His grace to comfort…
And yet I still have fears.
The strength to cope, will it be there,
The way it was in trials past,
Will God’s grace be there for me
When His will on me is cast?
I walk in trust and yet I fear
What may come tomorrow
For God in all His mercy
Warned us we’d have sorrow.
